A guide to the ingredients needed for all the minecraft chefs

Food, Ingredients-

Sugar is obtained from sugar cane. It is used for crafting pies and for potions. You will also make a Fermented Spider Eye and cure horses with it. Cane often grows near water bodies, on the sand; cane can be grown.

Eggs are dropped by chickens which will typically lay an egg every 5-10 minutes in the game.

Milk buckets can be obtained by milking a cow or mooshroom with a bucket in hand. This allows players to remove the effects of a potion or make cakes.

Cocoa beans are usually found in the Jungle biome and can be crafted to make cookies.

Sweet berries are most commonly found in the Taiga Biome. But be careful going near sweet berries because if you go too close to the sweet berry bush, it will cause you physical damage.

Pumpkin seeds can be either sown or fed to chicken. You also get seeds by hollowing out a pumpkin put on the ground using Shears.

Mushrooms generate on surface in swamp, old growth taiga, mushroom fields biomes, and anywhere in the Nether.

Beetroot can be obtained from harvesting a fully grown block, which drops 1 beetroot and up to four seeds. These crops can then be planted to grow more but will only naturally spawn in villages.

Originally, carrots would only drop occasionally from zombies, but today they can also be found in shipwreck supply chests, Pillager outpost chests, and in village farm plots.

Rabbits can be found in a few places. They will spawn in groups of three to four and can be found in desert biomes, forest biomes, snow biomes and savannah biomes.

Different types of fish can be caught from bodies of water with a fishing rod, some being edible and others not.

All “raw” meats can be cooked in a furnace, similar to how ores are smelted into ingots. The cooked version of the meat is significantly better for relieving hunger and providing fullness (saturation). Potatoes can also be cooked this way to craft baked potatoes.

Players can drink from a honey bottle. It restores 6 hunger points and removes the poisoned effect.

You harvest honey from beehives and nests. You can turn it into sugar or a block of honey.
